Service and accounts
KOCHIVO organizes training and follow-up between coaches and athletes. Coach workspaces require administrative approval. Athletes join through email-bound invitations; changing the interface does not convert account roles. Protect your login, provide accurate details and do not use another person’s account without permission.
Platform packages and athlete memberships
Free provides one calendar month once per coach account after approval, up to 5 athletes. Starter is EGP 299 monthly for up to 20 athletes; Pro is EGP 499 monthly for up to 50; Custom is agreed with support. Payments are manually confirmed, with no automatic charging or renewal in the current flow. An athlete’s coaching membership is separate from the coach’s platform package; price, service, cancellation and refund terms must be clear when agreed.
Training records and content
Weights, completion and measurements are user-reported, not physical-activity verification or medical assessment. Coaches must review instructions and suitability for each athlete. Do not use the app to diagnose a condition or disregard pain or medical guidance. Upload only content you are permitted to use/share and retain exercise-library attribution and licenses.
Connectivity and availability
Loading accounts and server-confirmed training requires internet access. Local drafts or an offline screen do not prove a record reached the server. App installation does not automatically activate memberships or notifications; mobile push needs separate setup and acceptance testing.

Do not access another workspace’s data, bypass permissions or upload harmful content. Contact KOCHIVO on WhatsApp for support, subscription questions or account closure. Contact support about cancellation, refunds or account closure, and confirm the terms applicable to your subscription before paying.
