Data used by the service
We use account details such as name, email and contact number when provided; coach–athlete links; training plans, sessions, sets, weights, repetitions and seconds; and progress measurements users enter. We may also hold membership and confirmed-payment records and attachments uploaded through available features.
Purpose and access
Data supports accounts, training, follow-up, membership display, notifications and support. Authorized coaches and athletes access training within their workspace. The KOCHIVO operator manages platform accounts, coach applications and platform packages under the applicable permissions. Athlete records are not automatically public posts.
Providers and files
The service uses Supabase for accounts, data and files. Hosting and email providers may process information needed to deliver the service. Contact support for questions about processing providers and regions. Private file links are intended for authorized users; copies shared outside the platform are controlled by the person sharing them.
Storage on your device
Cookies support sessions and language, and local drafts may help recover unfinished work. The installed-app cache contains public icons and an offline screen, not account pages or API responses. Sign out when using a shared device.
Correction, deletion and retention
Membership expiry does not automatically delete training history. Contact support to request correction, a copy or deletion; requests require identity, authorization and applicable-obligation review. Contact support about retention of your account records and account closure. This policy does not promise immediate deletion or a fixed deadline.
